How to: Move the Office Shortcut Bar.
Solution:
Click on any empty part of the Shortcut Bar and drag the bar to the desired position on the desktop.
NOTE: By default the Office Shortcut Bar is located on the right-hand side of the screen. The toolbar will change shape also and can be positioned anywhere on the screen.
1) Click on any empty part of the Shortcut Bar and drag the bar to the desired position on screen.
2) Release the mouse button.
